¡Hola y bienvenida! My name is Esperanza, which is Spanish for hope.
I am a Mexican-American feminist, activist, writer, and photographer. My work can be found on Nationally-renown sites like Fusion, A Practical Wedding, and Adios Barbie, and was recently featured at the Palm Springs Art Museum.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of sharing the stories and protecting the rights of women, youth, people of color, and other marginalized communities. With over a decade of experience in facilitating, training, and organizing folks around social justice issues, book me to help you + your workplace navigate complex issues around race, feminism, access, equity and more.
I started Hello Esperanza to more intimately explore the complexities and intersectionalities of feminism, motherhood, and the beauty of my culture.
I spend my free time outdoors with both of my warrior babies, laughing with my husband, making yummy Mexican food & desserts, and wearing all the fabulous red lipstick. I look forward to sharing the magic that surrounds my life, and also hear about yours. Thanks for following along!
